formation of its dedicated Client Relationship Management team. This
team of experienced account managers, led by Nadir Shah, is responsible
for managing all client interaction, including:
- Initial setup and implementation
- Training
- Customer support
- Enquiries and requests
The CRM team members have been assigned to specific accounts, giving
MasterKey clients direct access to a dedicated professional to handle
all queries.
